Occurs when a image is loaded from a weblocation to retrieve the credentials needed.

Set the credentials in the arguments to perform authentication.

To authenticate using the user running the application or the impersonated user (on ASP.NET) supply System.Net.CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials.
