Method CreateBitmap

Class ImageShape

This function creates a bitmap based on an extracted ImageShape (returned by page.CreateShapes).

A NotSupportedException is thrown if you call this method on newly created ImageShapes.

Notice that the caller should dispose the returned bitmap. Calling this function multiple times creates multiple bitmap instances.
