Returns true if this signature handler can be used to verify a document.
String Filter
The name of this signature handler.
Int32 MaxDigestLength
The maximum length in bytes of the digest as returned by the Sign function.
String Name
The name of the person or authority signing the document.
String Password
The password required to connect to the timestamp server.
String SubFilter
The name that identifies the encoding of the signature value and key information.
String TimestampServerUrl
The URL of the Time Stamp Authority
String Username
The username required to connect to the timestamp server.
